MECKLENBURG VORPOMMERN CUP 25.11.2006 100m free - 3rd 100m back - 2nd 100m IM - DQ 100m breast - 2nd 10 years mo competition. cant believe ngo joi get medals hai here. swimming, i m back =) here boring dou yiu swimming ah ha.. anyway thankyou for this chance. oh and also my HK coach, chungyuen if i hadn't swim his harsh programmes before, hahaha, i won't be able to get these medals after stopping training for so long. except the bakchi judges saying that ngo didn;t touch the wall with both hands in breast, i am quite satisfy with the whole thing geh. but there was something that made me really sad, jau hai leh ai i lost one of the medals..am not sure whether it was being stolen or i really lost it. ho upset about this. i have never found my medals so important before.  |
